In August 2022, the voltage resistant 20kV/30kV/40kV/50kV insulation rubber pads produced by Jinneng Power successfully passed the international testing standard IEC 61111:2009 issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). This is another international standard test passed by Jinergy power insulation rubber pads, following IEC 62321 and ISO 17226-1:2008.
The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was established in 1906 and has a history of over 90 years. It is the earliest established international electrical standardization organization in the world, responsible for international standardization work in the fields of electrical engineering and electronic engineering. The test conducted this time, IEC 61111:2009, is applicable to electrical insulation rubber pads made of elastic materials used as floor coverings for electrical protection of electrical installers.
This test was conducted by the globally recognized third-party testing agency "Swiss General Fairness Service (SGS)". After testing, the insulation performance of the 20kV/30kV/40kV/50kV insulation rubber pads of Jinneng Power has reached the IEC 61111:2009 standard.
The authority of IEC standards is globally recognized. IEC holds over 100 international standard conferences around the world every year, with nearly 100000 experts from various countries participating in the development and revision of IEC standards. China joined IEC in 1957, and since 1988, it has participated in IEC work under the name of the State Administration for Technical Supervision. Currently, it participates in IEC work under the name of the China National Standardization Administration. China is a P member of over 99% of the technical committees and sub committees of IEC. Nowadays, China is a permanent member of the IEC Board of Directors (CB), Standardization Management Bureau (SMB), and Conformity Assessment Board (CAB). On October 28, 2011, China officially passed the resolution to become a permanent member of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) at the 75th IEC Council Meeting held in Australia. The current permanent members of the IEC are China, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
This time, Jinneng Power has passed the critical insulation test standard IEC 61111:2009, proving that the insulation pad series products produced by Jinneng Power have reached international standards and their insulation performance can meet the mandatory standard requirements of many countries around the world. At present, Jinneng Power is promoting another improvement in the core performance of its products, applying for and passing mandatory standards and international certifications from more countries and regions, and striving to provide safer and healthier high-performance environmentally friendly insulation pads for the world.
